How It Works: Custom Pet Products

Step 1: Choose a Photo
Pick the cutest photo of your Pet and Upload the photo before checkout + Add your Pet's Name in the personalization Box ( this part is optional). You can also have the option to pick your own font for your Pet's Name.

Step 2: Wait for the Proof or Preview of your Order
We want to make sure you love the design of your Fur Friend so you'll receive a preview of your order 1-3 days after the purchase. Let us know your approval and We'll take care of the rest.

Step 3: Wait and Enjoy

Sit tight while we're converting your Pet into an illustrated work art. Most orders ship within 2-7 business days, sometimes even sooner.

How do I choose a good photo?

✔️Avoid blurry photos – the higher the sharpness of the photo, the better.
✔️Take a picture close enough, so we can see all the details of your pet, but make sure that you get the full face in the photo and nothing is cropped out (including the ears).
✔️A close-up image of your pet sitting or standing up will work best.
✔️Good lighting on the face (outside shots with natural light are great, especially for darker pets).
